To carry out functions associated with the acquisition of field survey data under the guidance or direction of the Surveyor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To execute field surveys under guidance of the Surveyor.
- To obtain accurate survey measurements utilizing survey tools and field equipment.
- To execute appropriate methods and field survey techniques to capture field data in a timely manner.
- To clear paths and traces to enable line of sight and excavate holes for boundary marks.
- To accurately report survey measurements and provide requested data to the Surveyor.
- To execute tasks associated with standard field survey practices.
- To care and maintain all surveying tools and equipment.
- Undertakes any other assignments required from time to time, to fulfil the job purpose.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
- Certificate of Proficiency in Engineering Surveying and five (5) CXC subjects (inclusive of Mathematics)
- A valid driver’s permit
Minimum Experience
- A minimum of three (3) years’ field experience with a minimum of one (1) year in the Oil and Gas industry
