Salary: 8,000.00

Major Responsibilities

• Market the SME Program and conduct site visits to customers.

• Conduct an analysis of the clients’ business financial position.

• Present clients’ proposals to management and board

• Prepare reports for clients, management and board of directors.

• Supervise the daily operations of a small team of data processors.

• Train new data processors

• Review/Approve SME Forex applications.

• Allocation reconciliations to be conducted monthly.

• Liaise with commercial banks to resolve any queries.

• Approve annual renewal of client files and conduct audit checks of information submitted by customers.

• Resolves and troubleshoots problems affecting data processing functions.

• May be required to perform any other related duties.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management or any other related field and

five years related work experience, with at least one year supervisory experience.

 

Minimum Skills

• Sound analytical skills

• Ability to function in a technology-prevalent environment, utilizing

computers and a variety of software as a work tool.

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Excellent internal and external customer relations skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

• Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment

• Some knowledge of Trinidad and Tobago Financial Acts (FIU, Central Bank,

FIA, Insurance etc.).

• Ability to plan, organize, and supervise the work of a small group of officers

in a manner conducive to full performance and high morale.
