Ensuring the storage conditions are in compliance with the requirements of the material (humidity and
temperature).
Support other department’s activities and achieve an efficient operation of the stores.
Maintaining FIFO (First In – First Out) and Reporting of Under and Over Stock Items
Update information into the Maximo System as required
Coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of parts required for preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
Training of equipment spare parts requirements according to demand.
Receipt, WOs picking and delivering of parts and materials.
Demonstrate flexibility to respond to changing needs of the production line including non-scheduled maintenance.
Be proactive in forecasting the needs of the Maintenance Department by monitoring the consumption of materials and parts to adequate the inventory levels as needed with the help of the Preventive Maintenance Team.
Required:
Bachelors Degree in related field
3-5 years of experience managing inventory, preferably within a manufacturing environment
Experience working with Maximo and other related CMMS software
