Store Concierge/Greeter - Mobay

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Concierge/Greeter to join our team. Responsibilities include ensuring customers are greeted when they enter the store and providing guidance or information to customers to ensure they find the services they are looking for.

Concierge/Greeter Job Description: Our company is in search of a friendly and professional concierge to manage all initial customer contact. The successful candidate will have a confident personality, enjoy networking with customers and prospective customers, and be equipped with excellent communication skills. In addition, you should possess a comprehensive knowledge of the company and the shipping/logistics industry.

Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact to greet customers when they enter the building and guide them to their designated areas.
•  a friendly environment that the customers come in contact with.
• Always greet with pleasantries and a smile
• Verification of customers as they enter the store.
• Assisting customers to pickup/receive packages.
• Help with the organization of crowds, where necessary
• Process important queries and manage customer expectations in a polite and friendly manner.
• Keep track of frequent clients and the services that they receive.
• Answer customer service related questions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of client-facing experience.
• Basic computer literacy skills and talent for technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the business
• Polite, friendly, and self-assured attitude.
• Skills in multitasking and good time-management.
