MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (are as follows but are not limited to)

  • Binning of packages

  • Double check labels on all packages

  • Answer/ assist any customer queries in store

  • Be abreast of the company’s terms of service

  • Process transactions in store

  • Maintain a clean workspace

  • Re-binning of packages every other day or as instructed

  • Be accountable for individual cash draw

  • Greeting customers

  • Abide by company’s guidelines and policies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Completion of daily z out

  • Accountability when dealing with packages

  • Monday to Saturday and multitask in a fast-paced environment
