Job Summary

The successful candidates will be responsible for shift supervision and assisting with several aspects of site operations and performance at a service station.

Duties / Responsibilities:

This position reports to the Station Manager.

• Adhere to all health, safety, security and environment policies and guidelines;
• Assist with the documentation and execution of performance management, quality management and internal controls for the safe and effective operation of the station;
• Pro-actively monitoring shift activities, including completing start and end of shift activities and reports effectively;
• Comply with cash management procedures;
• Assists with inventory management, including wet and dry stock, for the efficient operation of the station;
• Effectively coach pump attendants, customer service agents, cashiers and other station workers;
• Document and report disciplinary matters within the stipulated timeframe;
• Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the Station Manager to execute the operations at the station;

Minimum Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills / Competencies

• Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent;
• Two (2) years of related work experience;
• Strong ethics, confidentiality, reliability and attention to detail;
• Good oral and written communication skills, with clear customer service orientation;
• Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
