Job Responsibility

  • Take charge of products and solutions development of key accounts. Deeply understand and correctly predict industry and network development trend,lead team to build end-to-end solution aligned with direction from headquarters 
  • Presale support including fixed access network design, technical solution proposal, product quotation, pre-sale testing support, commercial and contract negotiation, etc.
  • Promote full range of company solutions to defined customers. Produce and deliver formal business proposals, marketing and technical presentations locally and within the Carribean.
  • Collect and analyze fixed access network and market information in order to seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities of customer account. Analyze operators’ established networks, address the challenges they are facing and find out the technical solution may help them.
  • Develop sales opportunities through consultative selling approach, and also may need to take key role in sales team as technical sales person to close the contract.
  • Identify, quantify, and recommend action plan to address new business opportunities according to overall strategy and aligned vision of head quarters.
  • Provide technical consulting service to customer in pre-sales phase and help to develop new opportunities for company’s products.
  • Manage and coordinate activities between company and its service provider accounts.
  • Innovate in competition strategy and approach, cultivate and improve competition situation.

 

Essential knowledge/skills:

  • Capability for business and strategy analysis of the fixed network operators including the network planning, E2E user experience management, customer requirement management.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills including negotiating, writing, speaking and presentation skills.
  • Willingness & the ability to learn the technical nature of our products, standards and regulations, etc.
  • Ability to mobilize and coordinate global internal and external resources.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Chinese is MANDATORY 

 

Requirements:

  • Technical presales background in telecommunications, preferably in fixed access network projects like GPON, NGPON, xDSL etc.
  • Good knowledge of GPON/ Router/ DWDM/MW/ network architecture and related products
  • Good experience on optical network engineering , especially FTTH network rollout
  • Good communication and presentation skills
