Key Responsibilities:

To build greater awareness of the brand Insepra, its associate partners, products and services using our social media platforms.

As the Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator with added e-commerce responsibilities at Insepra Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online presence and engaging with our target audience across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for working in tandem with our Partners in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, managing our social media accounts, and optimizing our online presence to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. 

Social Media Management:

1.   Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead            generation.

2.   Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram,            LinkedIn, and YouTube.

3.   Manage and monitor online communities, responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers in a              timely and professional manner whilst fostering meaningful interactions with our audience.

4.   Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

5.   Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Business, Suite, Instagram and LinkedIn                  Analytics to provide regular monthly reports with actionable insights.

Budget Management:

1.   Develop and manage the marketing budget for the financial year, ensuring all investments and expenditures align            with overall marketing goals and objectives.

2.   Track and report on budget utilization, providing regular updates to the marketing team and stakeholders.

Digital Marketing:

1.   Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as the Sales team to create and optimize digital marketing campaigns,        including email marketing, PPC advertising, and content marketing.

2.   Work with web designer and Partners to implement SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility and drive traffic to            our website.

3.   Assist the web designer in the development and maintenance of our website, ensuring it remains up-to-date and              user-friendly.

4.   Manage online communities and forums relevant to our industry.

5.   Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure Insepra remains at the forefront       of digital marketing strategies.

•   Content Creation:

1.   Produce high-quality written and visual content for digital channels, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and          more.

2.   Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets and platforms.

•   Analytics and Reporting:

1.  Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and email marketing campaign performance.

2.   Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.

3.  Prepare and present regular performance reports to the management and sales team.

•   E-commerce:

1.   Work alongside web designer to develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to boost online sales and            improve the customer shopping experience.

2.    Manage the online store, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.

3.    Optimize the e-commerce platform for usability, conversion rates, and SEO.

4.    Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance, including sales data, traffic, and customer behaviour.

5.    Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment and delivery.

6.    Implement and manage online payment systems and security measures to ensure safe transactions.

7.    Stay informed about e-commerce trends and technologies to continuously improve the online shopping experience.
