Job Description: Social Media Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to enhance our brand by managing and growing our social media presence. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging in online communities. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and influencers to ensure our social media presence aligns with our overall marketing goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy:
    Plan, develop, and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive engagement and increase brand visibility.
  • Content Management:
    Oversee content creation and scheduling, ensuring alignment with brand tone, target audience, and marketing goals.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
    Analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to identify trends, measure campaign success, and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Community Engagement:
    Monitor, engage, and grow online communities, fostering positive interactions and addressing customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with copywriters, graphic designers, brand teams, and external partners like influencers and digital agencies to produce creative and effective campaigns.
  • Lead Management:
    Manage and disseminate leads generated through social media, ensuring timely follow-up and integration with sales teams.
  • Brand Consistency:
    Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels, monitor competitor activity, and make recommendations for competitive improvements.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field preferred but not required.
    • Relevant experience or skills assessments may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role in a marketing department.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies.
    • Experience collaborating with stakeholders and managing external relationships.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Excellent data analysis skills to measure campaign performance and ROI.
    • Ability to think creatively and develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
