Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Communications Specialist with exceptional public speaking and writing abilities. This individual will manage both internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with our brand’s goals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, detail-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies, including media outreach and social media content creation.
• Draft and distribute press releases, blog content, newsletters, and website updates.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of company policies and strategies while staying updated on industry developments.
• Organize and coordinate press conferences, media events, and other promotional activities.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and foster positive relationships with external stakeholders.
• Ensure all communications adhere to the company’s style guide and maintain high-quality, error-free content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and generate content ideas supporting key brand initiatives.
• Monitor, assess, and report on the effectiveness of communication campaigns.
• Build and sustain relationships with journalists, influencers, and other media professionals.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field (essential).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing and executing communication strategies.
• Proven experience in social media management and content writing across all platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly computer literate, proficient in MS Office, email, and other business communication tools.
• Strategic mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Proven expertise in networking and building relationships with media professionals.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work (required).
