Shift Supervisor

Responsible for managing shift activities in a Fast Food industry including administrative functions such as planning, budgeting and problem solving. Oversees operations during assigned shift in accordance with quality, service, and cleanliness as defined by company’s manual.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting management in making entries in the daily log book, quality service checklists, notices of disciplinary action, accident and incident reports, bank deposit slips and speed of service forms.
• Works closely with the Management team to motivate, counsel and discipline crew managers.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service and quality are maintained with company’s operation standards.
• Resolves customer complaints and complete appropriate reports.
• Ensure uniform standard is upheld on a daily basis.
• Receive and place orders for inventory and monitor movement of stock and limit access to crew members.
• To perform other duties as required by District Manager and Restaurant management team.

 TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Individual must have strong computer skills in Ms Office, and internet.
• Basic Computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
• Individual must have good communication skills, both written and oral essential.

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE:

• A Diploma in Business Management from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years working experience in similar position.
• An acceptable combination of academic qualifications and work experience may be considered in lieu of minimum requirements.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL ENVIRONMENT:

• Physical Demands: Office activity, sitting, standing, computer usage, lifting of light items.
• Environment/Hazard Demands: N/A
• Travel Demands: Moderate requirement, ability to travel for activities or training sessions.
