Shift Manager

Are you a proactive leader with a passion for manufacturing? Our client, a top-tier manufacturing company, is looking for a Shift Manager to oversee operations, drive production performance, and support employee welfare in a dynamic environment.

• Reporting to the Production Manager, the successful candidate will: Ensure production performance standards are achieved and maintained during assigned shifts.
• ​Oversee the entire facility during periods when other management personnel are unavailable.
  
• Address employee welfare and manage industrial relations matters in collaboration with the Human Resources and Production Managers.
  
• Maintain sanitation and hygiene standards in compliance with statutory regulations.
  
• Prepare monthly reports on key performance indicators and special assignments.
  

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in operations management, Engineering, or equivalent from a recognized institution.Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in production and industrial management principles, practices, and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of safety policies and procedures for production environments.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets within deadlines.
