The Shift Lead provides key support to the Operations Manager through the integration of the strategic plans set out by the Managing Director. The Shift Lead is entrusted to grow the revenue, monitor expenses and promote a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Summary:
The Shift Lead is responsible for the daily running and operational activities of the store. These operational functionalities include but are not limited to: Spot checks, Safe reconciliation, Stock reconciliation, ordering of stock, Maintaining the cleanliness of the store, balancing cashiers, deposit balancing, ordering of stationary and ensuring compliance with all Customs and excise requirements. - Do you possess an Associate's degree in business management or a related field ?
- Do you possess a Certification/qualifications in Customer Service and/or Supervisory Management?
- Do you possess a Bachelor’s degree in business management/Administration or a related field?
