Role Overview:
Are you a skilled and reliable Service Technician with a passion for problem-solving and customer satisfaction? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team who will install, service, and maintain water filtration and treatment equipment. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the optimal performance of our systems and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Installation & Maintenance: Install and service water filtration and treatment equipment at customer locations.
Technical Expertise: Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams to understand equipment specifications and operation.
Diagnostic & Repair: Diagnose equipment issues and perform necessary repairs and maintenance.
Equipment Programming: Program and configure equipment according to customer requirements and equipment specifications.
Customer Communication: Provide clear and professional communication to customers regarding service updates and technical information.
Documentation: Accurately complete service reports to help maintain detailed records of work performed.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the service department and other technical team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma with passes in English and Mathematics or a related numerical subject.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Experience in plumbing, electrical, or AC/refrigeration is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient computer skills.
Valid General Driver's License.
Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
