Core Functions :
• Increase the Company’s market share in the securities markets through prospecting, selling and cross-selling of the Company’s products and services.
• Offer first class customer experience and relationship management to all current and prospective clients.
• Appropriately measure risk tolerance and asset allocation of High Net Worth client portfolios, while making sound investment recommendations.
• Collaborate with High Net Worth (HNW) clients to preserve wealth and optimize the conversion of assets into income that will meet life long, life-style and life cycle expectations.
• Generate targeted levels of revenues by appropriately distributing the company’s product offerings.
• Provide and oversee administrative and operational support within assigned branch/location for the NCB Capital Markets clients.
• Represent the company at promotional functions (this will also include presentations to individual and/or corporate clients) and provide reports on new business leads garnered.
• Build meaningful relationships across the NCB Financial Group to leverage opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
• First Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or any other related discipline.
• At least two (2) years’ work experience in investment advisory/portfolio management at a financial institution.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Designation or candidacy is an asset.
