We are seeking a high-performing Senior Relationship Manager to lead strategic engagements with our growing client portfolio. This role focuses on providing sophisticated financial solutions, deepening partnerships, and driving long-term client value through a combination of expert advisory, custom offerings, and market insight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand and fulfill their evolving financial needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver financial solutions
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as client retention, revenue growth, and market share, using insights for continuous improvement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader by actively participating in industry events and networks
  • Drive innovation in solution development, addressing complex financial and operational challenges
  • Maintain strong regulatory knowledge and ensure risk mitigation practices are embedded in all client engagements
  • Coordinate internal resources to deliver seamless and high-touch service

   

Knowledge, Qualifications, Experience & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or professional certification such as CFA is a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in client relationship management within the financial services industry
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex financial strategies for large-scale clients
  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial regulations, and risk frameworks
  • Proven track record of achieving growth targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally to deliver client-centric solutions
