The Senior Private Banker develops excellent customer service standards and ensures compliance with Bank policies and procedures. This includes providing product knowledge and skills training to bank staff. The potential candidate must have goal driven attributes with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
• Maintain the confidentiality of both customer and bank information to protect the customer and the bank and to ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
• Ensure service and referral activities are aligned to create value for both the customer and the bank
• Prepare sales support materials for prospect and customer calling efforts
• Meet sales objective as defined by sales plan
• Participate in activities in and out of branch that reinforce advice, tool usage and sales and service processes
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness of team
• Assist customers with account servicing needs and resolve difficult customer issues with diplomacy
Qualifications
Knowledge Required:
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) (Intermediate)
• Banking Industry (Intermediate)
• Banking Regulations (Intermediate)
