Senior Manager, Business Banking - ANSA Bank Limited

Responsible for the origination, control and management of quality accounts to grow the asset portfolio consistent with both short and long-range objectives of the Business Banking Team and ANSA Bank.

DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for the origination, control and management of quality accounts to grow the asset portfolio consistent with both short and long-range objectives of the Business Banking Team and ANSA Bank while contributing to the growth & development of direct reports and providing superior customer service to clientele.

May also be responsible for the structure, analysis and syndication of capital market transactions on behalf of clients.

Responsible for supervising all direct reports, as it relates to the management of the Business Banking portfolio which includes making recommendations to the Head, Business Banking for granting lines of credit based on credit worthiness and risk exposure, reviewing and coordinating new credit proposals, ensuring the optimal performance of the Business Banking Team as it pertains to portfolio management, delinquency management, deals closing and execution.

Responsible for performing all duties and functions consistent with the Group’s policies and procedures, health and safety standards and business continuity responsibilities while delivering service excellence at all times.
