ATL Automotive is seeking to hire a Senior IT Manager who will be responsible for the Information Technology Department.

Senior Information Technology Manager

The Senior Manager, through a team of IT personnel, provides user and computer systems support services for the organization. The role requires collaboration with internal and external personnel, teams, and departments to help the company achieve and maintain best practices regarding system administration and security best practices. It is up to the Senior IT Manager and their team to provide the foundational implementation, management, and administration of technology.

Core Functions:

  • Deliver objective monthly KPIs.
  • Manage, audit, and identify improvements to be made in Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, and other environments.
  • Follow and contribute to the improvement of standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with fellow IT Department members to deliver and improve services.
  • Meet regular deadlines for projects and monthly activities.
  • Document and assist in the design of network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to identify and solve needs.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate issues to minimize disruption of business.
  • Assist in overseeing the physics security, integrity, and safety of the IT infrastructure by group and company policies/industry best practices.
  • Stay abreast of advances in technology.
  • Participate in response to IT issues and client requests, through and with IT personnel.
  • Work directly with the assigned supervisor or designate.
  • Take responsibility for IT hardware & software procurement & maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • At least five (5) Years of experience managing a team of Information Technology personnel.
