The IT Support Department monitors and maintains the computer systems and networks of the Jamaica Contact Center. We are seeking a skilled and organized IT professional to fulfill the lead role in.

SENIOR IT GLOBAL SUPPORT
Candidates must possess the ability to analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), cloud networks, servers, and other data communications networks within the company. They must also be able to perform network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and maintain the internet circuits with the ISP
- Active Directory and email accounts administration
- Planning, implementation and improvements of current and new systems.
- Mentor global support team members
- Interact with end users via ticketing system, telephone, email etc. providing technical support and problem-solving abilities
- Manage local for services and minor consumable items such as (computer keyboards, mouse, cables, etc.
- Provide high level support to all agents.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience installing and configuring windows
- Experience working with active directory
- Experience managing email accounts and services such as DNS, DHCP, CFS, AFP
- Organized and proficient in writing documentation
- Education: Associates or Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Experience 3-4 years of experience in a similar position
