Senior HR Operations Officer

About the Role

Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, this supervisory role will provide you with the opportunity to:

• Manage and administer Island Grill health insurance plan
• Plan and implement welfare programmes that align with our core values that will drive employee satisfaction
• Conduct quarterly competitive salary reviews of other QSR players and industries to inform salary ranges and scales
• Coach and develop HR Officers/Administrators as part of talent pipeline development strategy
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders in the disciplinary process to ensure compliance with industrial relations and labour law regulations
• Conduct investigations related to disciplinary incidents that have been reported
• Prepare key reports; analyze trends and patterns to aid in decision making process
• Support the performance review process
• Execute critical administrative tasks related to payroll

• A high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or any equivalent
• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role administrating employee benefits, welfare and discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
• Understanding of the Labour Laws of Jamaica and best practices
