Senior Digital and Business Solutions Specialist

Develop, test and maintain scalable web applications using both frontend and backend technologies.  

Design and optimize database structures (SQL/NOSQL) for high performance and scalability. 

Build and Maintain ETL pipelines to process large datasets efficiently. 

Work with APIs to integrate third-party services and enable smooth data exchange.  

Write clean, maintainable and well documented code.  

Design, develop, and implement business intelligence and reporting solutions to support the needs of the organization. 

Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure dataaccuracy, completeness, and consistency. 

Conductregularanalysisofkeyperformanceindicatorstotrackprogressand identify areas for improvement. 

Develop scalable applications using best practice with ARIA – Accessible Rich Internet Applications that are user-friendly. 

Ensure robust security, optimal performance, and high reliability of all in-house applications 

Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement data integration solutions. 

Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in full-stack development and data engineering, and apply them to enhance system performance and efficiency 

Identify business process improvements and opportunities for system enhancements, including developing specifications and requirements for new or enhanced systems. 

Analyze and evaluate business requirements and user needs to recommend and develop innovative solutions for business problems. 

Work closely with stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for business solutions initiatives. 

Ensure project goals and objectives are met within the prescribed timeframe and budget. 

Provid eguidance and support to junior team members. 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science,InformationTechnology,or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Full Stack development, Data engineering and business intelligence. 

Strong experience in developing and implementing data-driven solutions and business solutions. 

Experience in business intelligence and reporting solutions. 

Knowledge and experience of writing and tuning SQL 

Good skills with imperative programming languages such as Java or C/C++ OR C# 

Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift,S3,EC2,DataPipeline,&EMR 

Proficiency in GIT, CI/CD Pipelines.  

Experience with RESTful APIs 

Experience with React, Angular for front end development 

Ability to work with minimal Supervision
