Role: Senior Accounting Officer

Overview of the opportunity:

​As a Senior Accounting Officer in the Firmwide Costs (FWC) team, you will perform various tasks related to profit center analysis, journal entries, inter and intra firm billings, and financial statement preparation. You will report to the JESS FWC Team Lead and collaborate with other Finance and Accounting team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct moderate to complex analysis of Profit Centers, internal codes, and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger within agreed timelines.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure deliverables meet Client expectations.
• Prepare and review inter and intra firm billings with supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate task completion.
• Facilitate training programs for new hires and cross-training within teams.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis discussions to improve accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of accounting experience.
