Responsible for growing company revenue by effectively managing existing customer accounts and convincing new customers to purchase company products or services. Develop effective sales proposals and solicit customer feedback.

  • Identify business opportunities and services that the organization may acquire to generate more client resources and increase revenues and profitability
  • Assures the timeliness and accuracy of all invoices for payment
  • Facilitates and ensures collections from the Company’s major clients
  • Manages and oversees the conduct of stock checks at client locations
  • Actively markets the Company’s products to existing, new and potential customers
  • Develop strategies that will target new and prospective customers for the organization
  • Maintaining effective business relationships with existing, new and potential customers
  • Support sales team and clients with new features and product launches
  • Utilize the company’s ERP (sales software) to enter all sales orders and update customer accounts
  • Act as the liaison between clients
  • Plan and coordinate marketing events such as trade shows and promotional activities
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Performs other related duties which may be assigned from time to time
