Sell Out Executive

A leading multi-national company responsible for the distribution and sale of OTC consumer products requires a Sell Out Executive. The ideal candidate will implement and execute Sell Out plans in collaboration with distributors to meet brand targets and monitor channel performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the distributor's sales team to achieve Sell Out targets.
• Track and report on Sell Out performance against monthly goals.
• Ensure appropriate pricing strategies across channels and manage price escalations.
• Lead monthly and quarterly meetings with key retailers to evaluate and plan investment activities.
• Identify promotional and trade marketing opportunities at points of sale.
• Monitor trade investment execution and communicate results.
• Address out-of-stock situations and optimize distribution opportunities.
• Provide portfolio training and support for the distributor’s sales force.
• Manage trade activity documents and track against plans.
• Generate reports and collaborate on corrective action plans for deviations.

Requirements:

• A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in sales within a multinational company, with expertise in Sell Out generation.
• Strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and teamwork abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English.
