ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking to identify a suitably qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Salesforce Administrator. The Salesforce Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to meet the needs of our organization. The incumbent will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness across sales, marketing, logistics and customer service teams. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain our Salesforce instance, including user management, data management, and security
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation rules, data cleansing, and data archiving
- Provide timely and effective support to Salesforce users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize new features and functionality
- Implement and configure new features and functionality, including workflows, approval processes, and custom objects
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to meet business needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our Salesforce instance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools
- Develop and maintain documentation of Salesforce processes and procedures
- Maintain and enhance workflows, functions, and configurations within the Salesforce environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for users who require maintenance, configuration, reporting, and training.
- Assist in the development of training materials and provide training and support to Salesforce end-users.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
- At least three (3) experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and platform capabilities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce declarative customization tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder).
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, data management principles, and security standards.
- Ability to critically evaluate and prioritize information gathered from multiple sources.
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
