You will be responsible for selling and promoting our products and executing effective trade marketing strategies to drive sales and brand visibility. You will play a critical role in growing market share, ensuring successful in-store execution, and strengthening client relationships.

Sales and Trade Marketing Representative

As a Sales and Trade Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our products and executing effective trade marketing strategies to drive sales and brand visibility. 

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Exhibit agility and adaptability in managing changing business needs and priorities.
  • Resolve customer issues with speed and professionalism to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Trade Marketing

  • Plan and implement trade marketing activities to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials tailored to customer needs.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of promoter staff and trade marketing resources across your assigned stores.
  • Drive "look of success" layouts across different store formats in your customer universe.
  • Recommend and support initiatives to increase sell-through at the outlet level, including managing activations.

Client Engagement

  • Deliver excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns effectively.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to communicate features and benefits clearly.

Sales Reporting

  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and KPIs.
  • Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
  • Provide feedback to management on market developments and competitor activities.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, trade marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
