Key Responsibilities:

- Sales:

    - Build relationships with potential buyers, investors, and partners
    - Conduct property showings, presentations, and negotiations
    - Close deals and ensure customer satisfaction
- Marketing:
    - Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our real estate projects
    - Create engaging content for various marketing channels (social media, email, print, etc.)
    - Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors
    - Analyze sales and marketing data to optimize strategies
- Social Media Management:
    - Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
    - Create and curate high-quality content (images, videos, captions, etc.) to engage our audience
    - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and website traffic
- Content Creation:
    - Write and edit marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns
    - Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content to showcase our projects
    - Collaborate with the development team to ensure content aligns with project goals and branding
- Project Knowledge:
    - Stay up-to-date on project developments, features, and benefits
