What You’ll Do:

• Sales & Data Management: Collect and compile sales and expense data, track distributor KPIs, and update sales forecasts.
• Inventory Coordination: Reconcile inventory levels, track in-market inventory, and provide alerts where needed.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, expenses, and stock availability.
• Logistics Support: Liaise with the logistics team to coordinate shipments and ensure smooth operations.
• Marketing Assistance: Support the Export Manager in preparing marketing materials, sample submissions, and other related activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least one (1) year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with tools such as CRM and Power BI.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for trade shows, market visits, and business reviews.
