Sales and Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will assist with sales strategies, client engagement, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
2. Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations.
3. Design marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
4. Manage and update sales and marketing databases.
5. Conduct market research and analyze trends to improve strategies.
6. Assist with social media content creation and engagement.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
8. Support administrative tasks related to sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements:

1. Education: 5 CXC/O-Level passes (including Mathematics & English Language).
2. Certification: Certificate in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
3. Technical Skills:
   o Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator).
   o Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
4. Key Competencies:
   o Ability to prepare and deliver client presentations.
   o Strong multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
   o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
5. Additional Assets (Preferred but Not Required):
   o Knowledge of pattern drafting/garment construction.
   o Previous experience in a similar role.
