The Sales and Market Expansion Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, fostering strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand the company’s security services portfolio.

Job Summary

The Sales and Market Expansion Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, fostering strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand the company’s security services portfolio. This role requires a results-driven leader with a deep understanding of the security industry and exceptional team building and management skills. The incumbent will act as a public relations spokesperson to promote TSSL locally and regionally. Work also involves planning and implementing promotional campaigns and overseeing the promotion of our company’s services.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
    • Identify new market opportunities and create tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  2. Market Expansion, Client Acquisition & Retention:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
    • Network with Businesses and stakeholders to determine needs and form alliances
    • Conduct presentations, site visits, and negotiations to secure contracts.
  3. Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
    • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
  1. 4.      Marketing and Social Media:
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop and execute marketing campaigns

 

  • Guides and designs promotional materials such as website content, brochures, and social media assets to ensure alignment with brand messaging and positioning.
  1. Market Research:
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead of industry developments.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
  2. Sales Operations:
    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
    • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Operations, Administration, Human Resources) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the security or service industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Experience

  • Prior experience in the security industry or a similar service-based business is highly preferred.
  • Experience in managing a sales team and driving business growth.
  • Knowledge of security services, including static operations and cash-in-transit (CIT), is a plus.

Work Environment

  • Office-based role with frequent travel to client sites and external meetings.
  • Flexible working hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, depending on client needs.
