We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual to collect facility data, engage drivers and promote our platform, helping improve delivery experiences and drive supply chain efficiency through outreach, demos and relationship building.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive individual to join our team in a multifaceted role that combines data gathering, relationship-building, and customer engagement. You will play a pivotal role in collecting, verifying, and maintaining accurate facility information, coordinating outreach efforts, and championing our platform to facilities—highlighting its unique value to both shippers and drivers.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates confidently over the phone, and excels in account management, research, and customer outreach. You should be comfortable making high-volume calls, guiding conversations naturally while staying aligned with a script, and seamlessly transitioning from data collection to demo pitching.
Your responsibilities will range from onboarding facilities and coordinating technical demonstrations, to engaging directly with drivers, guiding them through the app experience, and gathering valuable feedback. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines, forging strong connections with facility teams and drivers alike, while contributing to a smarter, more efficient supply chain ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Driver Engagement & Support
- Interact directly with drivers to provide them with valuable information about the platform and how it benefits their day-to-day delivery experience.
- Guide drivers through the process of downloading and using the app, offering support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain ongoing communication with drivers to keep them engaged, answer questions, and offer tips on maximizing the platform's features.
- Build trust and rapport with drivers to encourage active participation, including leaving feedback and reviews that help improve and enrich the platform’s database.
- Leverage driver insights to enhance the platform’s value for all stakeholders—shippers, receivers, and carriers alike.
Facility Outreach & Data Collection
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to shipping and receiving facilities using provided lead lists.
- Follow and adapt the outreach script to match the tone of each conversation, making it sound natural and engaging.
- Introduce the platform, clearly explaining its benefits to both facilities and drivers.
- Gather critical facility information including contact names, operating hours, appointment policies, dock and yard details, driver amenities, and any special delivery requirements.
- Build rapport with gatekeepers and decision-makers to encourage future collaboration.
- Identify and convert potential customers into active users by strategically leveraging market segmentation and lead insights.
- Comfortable using online tools, search engines, facility directories, and other resources to verify or supplement information.
Facility Profile Management
- Input all collected data into the platform accurately and promptly.
- Use internal map-editing tools to update facility layouts, entry/exit points, driver instructions, and key logistical info.
- Ensure facility profiles are clear, detailed, and visually optimized for ease of use.
- Review your work to confirm completeness and accuracy before proceeding.
- Flag facilities with missing, inconsistent, or unclear information for follow-up.
Sales Pitching, Demos & Follow-Up
- Schedule follow-up meetings with facility contacts once their profiles are completed.
- Deliver persuasive, benefit-driven pitches tailored to each facility’s needs.
- Conduct live platform demonstrations to showcase its features and real-time impact on streamlining operations, increasing efficiency, and reducing costs.
- Explain how the platform improves driver experiences, enhances site safety, and supports logistics teams.
- Document all interactions and escalate high-potential leads to the sales or partnerships team as needed.
Tracker Management & Internal Reporting
- Maintain and update the Shipper Outreach Tracker with precision and consistency.
- Track call outcomes, contact statuses, meeting progress, and conversation notes.
- Ensure records are clean, well-documented, and accessible for cross-functional teams.
- Identify and log gaps or inconsistencies in data to support continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Required:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Customer service-oriented with a focus on building strong relationships.

Preferred:
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, dispatching, or customer service in a similar field.
