We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic team in a Sales and Administrative Assistant role.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic team in a Sales and Administrative Assistant role.

Position Summary: The Sales and Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team, maintaining administrative functions, and providing outstanding customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, excellent administrative skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will be a key member of a collaborative team, helping to drive sales growth while ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the sales team by assisting with customer inquiries, order processing, and follow-up.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales documents, quotations, and proposals.
  • Respond to customer queries and provide product recommendations.
  • Assist in managing customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Track sales leads and opportunities, helping to ensure follow-up and closure.
  • Maintain office systems, including filing, document management, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and prepare reports as required.
  • Ensure the accurate entry and updating of customer information in the CRM system.
  • Handle administrative duties such as data entry, invoicing, and inventory tracking.
  • Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and via phone/email.
  • Assist with other sales and administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials sector.
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Knowledge or background in construction, interior design, or related industries is a plus.
