Our mission is to empower sales professionals with the knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to achieve exceptional results. We are seeking a talented Sales Trainer to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality training programs to our clients.

Job Summary:  

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Development: Collaborate with clients to assess their training needs and
develop customized sales training programs tailored to their industry, products, and goals.

2. Training Delivery: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and
virtually, covering a range of sales and sales management competencies and skills.

3. Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct pre-training and post-training assessments to measure the
effectiveness of the programs and identify areas for improvement.

4. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted
advisor, and providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure the success of their sales teams.

5. Sales Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching to sales professionals, offering feedback and
guidance to help them improve their skills and achieve their sales goals.

6. Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance data and metrics to identify trends,
areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.

7. Sales Training Materials: Develop and update training materials, resources, and tools to ensure
they reflect the latest industry trends and best practices.

8. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer accounts. Sales trainer must be able to sell and not be limited to theory

 

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in education, business, marketing, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
· Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role within a sales training organization.
· Strong knowledge of sales techniques, processes, and best practices.
· Excellent presentation and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients.
· Outstanding coaching and mentoring abilities.
· Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools.
· Analytical and data-driven mindset.  

  • Must be available to travel when necessary.

Advantageous Qualifications:
· Sales certification or training accreditation.
· Experience at successfully managing a sales team
· Familiarity with adult learning principles.
· Knowledge of various industries and sales challenges.
