• Leads, motivates, trains and manages a team of agents to exceed our clients, their customers and Influx experience and KPI targets.
• Responsible for achieving the forecast and the Profit & Loss of the business unit
• Reviews customer led interactions and implements opportunities to exceed support and sales customer delight journey.
• Be the subject matter expert when it comes to clients  policies, products, services and technology including internal Influx brand, systems and policies.
• Build a culture of support, ownership and engagement to drive overall success

• Sales experience is required
