Providing support to the sales teams by taking, processing, and fulfilling customer orders, responding to customer enquiries, and maintaining sales related databases.
Supporting the card services portfolio, utilizing telephone/face-to-face technical support techniques.In addition, working closely with Retail, C&I, Marketing and other stakeholders ( CSC, Banks, Retailers, IT, etc.) to achieve flawless delivery of the Card CVP to customers.
Key deliverables will include but not limited to:
Coordinating order processing of all Rubis products
Accurate and complete order processing and fulfillment using the tools provided.
Providing excellent customer service both internally and externally.
Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve a customer satisfaction index of 85%.
Building sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication.
Liaising with sales and other supporting departments to ensure on time and in-full order fulfillment.
Preparing quotations, debit notes, credit notes, miscellaneous invoices, and any other required document for billing purposes.
Capturing loss product sales daily
Resolving customers’ queries for all Rubis product sales.
Collaborating with all Rubis customers on preplanning of deliveries.
Providing general advice on all HSE and general operational requirements of the company.
Preparing haulage contractor, customer, depot, lubricant sales, and other required reports.
Receiving customer complaints and directing same to appropriate account holder.
Preparing debit, credit, and miscellaneous invoices.
Collaborating internally and supporting team objectives.
Providing solutions to assist in the improvement of order processing.
Troubleshooting issues reported by our card product stakeholders.
Logging, tracking and sharing file of all calls, along with the nature of the calls
Responding to and resolving customer queries submitted via phone or email.
Printing and activating fleet cards
Logging to IT Helpdesk & IT personnel, issues that require technical support.
Responsible for Card Product training of RAMs, CAMs, Fleet managers, Dealers & CSAs.
Processing of manual fleet transaction receipts.
Generation of customer reports that are not readily available from Web Portal.
Assisting with integration of system files between Fleet platform and Dynamics
Qualification & Experience
First degree in Business/Sales/Marketing and/or related professional qualifications
Knowledge of Company procedures, authorizations, and controls
Knowledge of the Company’s products and basic technical issues
Problem solving skills.
Working knowledge of accounting systems
Excellent customer relation skills in order to provide flawless support.
Good working knowledge of desktop and web applications.
Ability to load and troubleshoot various software and hardware systems.
General understanding of various networking concepts.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
Good phone and email etiquettes.
Willing to work in a flexible schedule.
Training in tele-sales, direct sales, customer service or marketing
At least two years’ experience in a customer service environment
Knowledge of Company procedures, authorizations, and controls
Knowledge of the Company’s products and basic technical issues
Problem solving skills.
Working knowledge of accounting systems
Excellent customer relation skills in order to provide flawless support.
Good working knowledge of desktop and web applications.
Ability to load and troubleshoot various software and hardware systems.
General understanding of various networking concepts.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
