Job Summary

Provide in-house sales support to the Channel Manager, Key Account Executive and Sales Executives by accurately processing sales orders received. Consistently strive to ensure 100% sales order fulfillment (Material SKU & Quantities Ordered) on the required date as requested by the Customer. An active participant in the daily ‘Ways of Working’ to enhance the level of sales support service provided to assigned Modern Trade Customers and internal CBL Departments. Provide on the job expertise as an integral member of the Key Account sales Office Team and contribute positively to the overall image of CBL.

 

Major Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter orders received daily from Sales Executives into SAP.
  • Complete day-end order summary reports and disseminate to key stakeholders (SEs, CMs, O&S).
  • Provide the Channel Manager, Key Account Executive and Sales Executives with customer service and sales support to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Execute ‘rush’ order entry request in a timely manner and engage the AR Team where necessary for speedy order release.
  • Print, analyze, organize, log and file customers’ Purchase Orders daily by Sales Executive.
  • Provide the Sales Executives with sales order confirmation number.
  • Cross-reference prices as stated on all customer Purchase Orders against CBL system prices to ensure invoice accuracy.
  • Provide feedback to Sales Executives re out-of-stock SKUs at the time of order input and subsequent updates when SKUs become available.
  • Suggest alternative options in the event that CBL is unable to fulfill a Material SKU(s) for example, Red Stripe Cans for Red Stripe Draught.
  • Collaborate with CBL stakeholders to resolve issues that may arise to facilitate solutions (Channel Manager, Key Account Executive, Sales Executives, O&S, Finance AR, Risk & Compliance).
  • Analyze daily reports (Stock, Dispatch) to ensure complete sales order fulfillment.
  • Adhere and comply with all safety regulations as prescribed by CBL company policy.
  • Provide coverage for other Sales Support Representative team members as is necessary.
  • Provide emergency coverage for SE when required. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role
  • Associates Degree in Business, Marketing, IT and/or Hospitality § Computer literate with proficient knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
