Sales Support Officer

The incumbent will be assigned to the sales department of a motor vehicle dealership and will be required to prepare motor vehicles for display in the showroom and for sale to customers. This includes washing, buffing and detailing of vehicles

The Stewart's Automotive Group is seeking a self driven individual with a strong work ethic to fill the position of:

SALES SUPPORT OFFICER

Some of the key duties of the position are the following

• Demo vehicle preparation
• Washing, buffing, polishing, and detailing of vehicles
• Report on demo units – vehicle documents, fuel, mileage, condition
• Showroom display preparation
• Outside display preparation
• Assisting with the sale of cars as required
• Collecting customer information to pass on to Sales Reps, when required
• Providing sales support with Saturday openings
• Organizing marketing material including flags, name plates, brochure, etc.
• Checking and noting vehicle condition
• Relocation of cars between Showroom and Bond Store
• Assist with the transportation of vehicles for the wharf
• Organization of Bond store
• Placing cars in the designated areas
• Preparing plates, documents and condition of demo units for each test drive
• Designated driver for marketing events and assist with set up at events
• Vehicle preparation at marketing events
• Preparing the new plates for new car delivery
• Preparing delivery cars (washing, polishing, detailing, buffing)
• Fueling of cars for sales
• Assist with delivery of items, as needed
