Direct Sales with builders and home owners for window and doors.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to directly engage with homeowners, promote  Windows Doors, bath room Enclosures, Insect screens and close sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build rapport with potential customers. This role involves door-to-door sales, follow-ups, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

      • Prospecting & Lead Generation:

        • Identify and approach homeowners through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and local networking.

        • Utilize marketing leads and databases to target potential customers.

      • Sales Presentations:

        • Conduct in-person sales presentations to demonstrate product/service benefits.

        • Address objections and provide solutions tailored to homeowners' needs.

      • Relationship Building:

        • Establish trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

        • Follow up with leads and existing customers to secure repeat business.

      • Closing Sales:

        • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to finalize deals.

        • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

      • Market Intelligence:

        • Gather feedback from homeowners to improve offerings.

        • Monitor competitors and industry trends.

      • Reporting:

        • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline.

        • Submit regular reports to management along with google Time line

Requirements:

    • Experience:

      • Proven track record in direct sales, door-to-door sales, or B2C sales (preferred).

      • Experience in [industry, e.g., home improvement, solar, insurance, etc.] is a plus.

    • Skills:

      • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

      • Excellent face-to-face communication and active listening.

      • Self-motivated with high resilience to rejection.

      • Basic tech proficiency (CRM, mobile apps, email)

  • Candidates applying should have a Reliable vehicle and driving license. Should be able to provide the character Certificate.
