We are seeking an exceptional sales professional to drive revenue growth, exceed sales targets, and deliver outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of success, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic account management and new business development.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell/cross-sell and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prospecting: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on product features, benefits, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management through verbal and written communication.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecasting sales opportunities and identifying potential risks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, and customer support.

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in B2B or B2C environment  
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry would be an asset.
