Job Description:
Ensures Customer Satisfaction and engagement through the effective use of the Customer Relationship Management system.
Understands company brands by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles.
Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer’s requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models and building rapport.
Demonstrates company brands by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; test drives and explaining warranties and services.
Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collecting payment and delivering vehicles as required.
Ensures revenue for vehicle sales meet or exceeds budget.
Maintains the company positioning in its market segment by generating ideas to increase market share.
Continuously updates knowledge of company and competitor products and services.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of an Associate Degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing or a related field
Minimum 3 years previous experience in sales and/or marketing
