Job Summary:
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the Sales & Promotion Representative will be responsible for assisting in growing Sangster’s sales portfolio through varying business development initiatives.

Job Description
- Promote Sangster’s Book Stores Limited as a brand thereby introducing all our product categories and services to potential customers.
2. Utilize the promotion activities to grow Sangster’s wholesales portfolio.
- Research, identify and visit potential customers in markets assigned.
- Identify the potential customers’ needs to determine new products and service offerings.
- Achieve and monitor monthly sales targets in accordance with budgeted allocation.
- Prepare monthly sales reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
3.Maintain excellent working relationship with customers and resolve their issues timely.
- Liaise with the Customer Service Department for assistance with your customer accounts.
- Work with the Sales & Marketing Manager / Credit Committee / Accounts Receivable Officer to translate credit & collection challenges to your customers.
4. Participate in marketing and promotional initiatives executed through the Sales & Marketing Department.
5. Any other task assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Qualification, Experience and Competences:
Qualification & Experience:
- Five CXC’s (including Maths and English) with three (3) years of progressive responsible experience in sales and promotion of products.
- Working knowledge of sales and promotion techniques
- Ability to use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willing to work from alternative locations
- Willing to travel extensively
- Own and operate a working motor vehicle
