We are looking for a medical Sales representative to join our sales team and help us deliver the best healthcare products to those who need them. The ideal candidate should be a people person, who is passionate about making the world a better place, one medicinal drug at a time. The medical sales representative candidate should be willing to learn, unlearn and relearn along with the dynamic pharmaceutical industry. With the ability to perform medical product sales effortlessly, we are looking for someone with excellent skills for sales, negotiation and organizing.
Objectives of this role
Achieve sales targets set by the company and increase the sales figures with every passing year
Understand the demographics of the territory and devise medical product sales strategies as per the territory
Take orders with hospitals, doctors, medical staff, pharmacies and other prospective buyers
Coordinate with the medical representative for the area and work in the same area and take orders
Translate the vision and mission of the company through effective pharmaceutical sales
Your tasks
Coordinate and collaborate with medical staff and healthcare providers through regular meetings
Follow up on potential leads and convert them into clients through presentations, meetings, one-on-ones and workshops
Have in-depth knowledge of the competition’s offerings as a healthcare sales rep
Meet pharmaceutical sales targets, review pharmaceutical sales job performance and draft reports on the same
Required skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceuticals or a related discipline
Prior experience working as a medical representative, pharmacist, pharmacy assistant or in a similar role
Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel independently and own a vehicle

Strong sales, negotiation and organizational skills
Ability to network and foster strong working relationships
