Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer satisfaction. As the Sales Manager, you will oversee the sales process, mentor your team, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed dealership sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to grow market share.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Stay informed about the certified pre-owned vehicle market and industry trends.
  • Oversee inventory management, pricing, and stock levels to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, 
    • Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably within a certified pre-owned vehicle dealership would be an asset
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of certified pre-owned vehicle programs and customer financing options.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to work flexible hours.
