SALES MANAGER

Tyre Warehouse Automotive, exclusive distributor and dealer for the Jetour brand of SUVs in Jamaica is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for our dealership in Western Jamaica.

The Sales Manager shall have the foremost responsibility of being the lead for our sales team at the Montego-Bay dealership location.

Reporting Relationship – Directly to the General Manager

Other key areas of responsibility:

• Customer Relationship Management
• Performance Monitoring
• Team Development
• Compliance Assurance

 Requirements and Competencies:

-  At least 5 years spent at a senior level at a new car dealership.

-  Proven exceptional leadership

-  Excellent communication skills

-  High level of proficiency in navigating DMS systems particularly the CRM module as well as MS Office Suite

-  Market data analysis and strategic plan formulation
