Sales Manager
SALES MANAGER
The incumbent shall be responsible for creating, developing and implementing a strategic plan to guide the sales departments in meeting revenue goals as well as, will be required to create new revenue opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing a business model as it relates to the sales function of the company
Establish key performance indicators (KPI’s) for each unique sales division
Develop and implement a strategic plan for:
Business Development
Product Development
Sales Development
General business experience and knowledge of related advertising businesses.
The ability to travel overseas on short notice.
Qualifications/ Experience:
A first degree in any one of the Sciences.
An MBA or the equivalent working experience in the related field is required.
Fifteen years (15) sales and marketing experience, at least five (5) of which must be at a managerial level.
Experience with both CRM and ERM packages.
Must have a proven track record of having successfully managed a Sales Team of over 25 employees.
Excellent relationship management skills with staff and customers.
Expert level knowledge of Microsoft suite
