SALES MANAGER

The incumbent shall be responsible for creating, developing and implementing a strategic plan to guide the sales departments in meeting revenue goals as well as, will be required to create new revenue opportunities.

 Key responsibilities include:

• Developing a business model as it relates to the sales function of the company

• Establish key performance indicators (KPI’s) for each unique sales division

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for:

  • Business Development

  • Product Development

  • Sales Development

• General business experience and knowledge of related advertising businesses.

• Experience in driving regional and national business.
• Must have the ability to be proactive and have a positive attitude in high-pressured situations.
• The ability to handle delicate matters, whilst maintaining confidentiality.

• The ability to travel overseas on short notice.

Qualifications/ Experience:

• A first degree in any one of the Sciences.

• An MBA or the equivalent working experience in the related field is required.

• Fifteen years (15) sales and marketing experience, at least five (5) of which must be at a managerial level.

• Experience with both CRM and ERM packages.

• Strong presentation and public speaking skills-required.
• Strong Sales leadership, teamwork, and project management skills.

• Must have a proven track record of having successfully managed a Sales Team of over 25 employees.

• Excellent relationship management skills with staff and customers.

• Expert level knowledge of Microsoft suite
