Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Lead market research to gather intelligence on competitors, market trends, and consumer preferences.
• Organize and manage promotional events, product launches, and trade show participation.
• Drive brand expansion efforts across key channels and retail partners.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute in-trade marketing strategies.
• Monitor sales performance and assist in the creation of promotional materials to enhance product visibility.
• Administrative support: scheduling, monthly trade team meetings, staff payment processing.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in CRM/ERP software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 360, PSS, or other IMS Systems, POS)
• Strong knowledge of market analysis tools and digital tracking software (Microsoft Suites, especially Excel)
• Event management tools and platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and brand strategies.
