Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of up to 20 Sales Specialists handling inbound calls, sales leads, and web orders in the home and business services sector.
• Ensure team members meet and exceed operational standards while maintaining high customer service levels.
• Drive quality improvements and contribute to business goals through effective coaching and performance management.
• Provide continuous feedback and development to your team, ensuring growth and sustained success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven ability to drive results and motivate a sales team to achieve and surpass goals.
• Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• A fun, enthusiastic personality that thrives in a high-energy sales environment.
• At least 1 year of prior sales leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in an inbound or sales-focused contact center setting.
• Ability to understand and enforce policies, procedures, and customer-focused business decisions.
