Overview: Our client is a well-established provider of bespoke I.T Solutions to the medium-enterprise sector in Barbados and Trinidad. Due to growth, they are seeking to add professional solutions-based Sales Executive to the Barbados team.

The successful applicant to be accepted for this exciting opportunity will be driving client engagement and business growth. This role involves building and maintaining a strong client portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and presenting tailored IT solutions. With a results-driven mindset and a strong grasp of the IT industry, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering lasting client relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts and generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Deliver technical presentations and proposals in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Handle sales inquiries and resolve service or billing issues.
  • Perform public speaking duties i.e. deliver presentations, lead meetings, and effectively communicate ideas to diverse audiences, including
  • clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • IT Certification experience would be an asset
  • Associate’s degree Sales, Marketing or Business-related subjects
  • 2+ years’ experience in IT sales
